Pediatric & Strabismus Surgery

Children and adults who need strabismus surgery undergo their procedures under general anesthesia. Most procedures last less than an hour. Anesthesiologists work with Dr. Safran to insure the safety and care of every patient -- both before and after the surgery is complete. Most children return home within a couple of hours after the surgery is done. No patching is necessary.
